1.0 USERS' SAFETY COMES FIRST
RW547 respects the privacy of website and online store users. These data protection regulations form the basis for the processing of personal data and provide information on what type of user data is collected by RW547 and how RW547 uses this data. RW547 complies with applicable data protection laws and processes personal data only for the purposes for which the data was transmitted.

This privacy policy will be adjusted, supplemented or changed from time to time. With each new call or visit to the website, the current, retrievable version applies.

2.0 TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED
When visiting the RW547 website, statistical visitor data is collected on which parts of the website are visited particularly frequently by the respective user. The anonymous data, which is recorded by means of cookies when the CODESAFER website is called up, can be used for analysis purposes, to optimize the website and to measure performance. RW547 can use the following third-party providers for this, some of which have their own data protection regulations over which RW547 has no influence:

5.0 SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
RW547 may use social media plugins, e.g. from Facebook, Google+ or Twitter, on its website. These platforms have their own privacy policies over which RW547 has no control.

RW547 and any subsidiaries and affiliates in the group of companies may use personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. In addition, the personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

An exception to this is if the user has consented to the transfer of data to companies that are not affiliated with RW547 or if RW547 is legally, officially or judicially obliged to do so. In addition, if service providers who support RW547 in data processing, website administration or in any other way and in providing the products and services requested by the user are called in. 9.0 FINAL PROVISIONS
Should individual provisions or parts of these data protection provisions prove to be void or ineffective, this will not affect the validity of the rest of the data protection provisions. The place of jurisdiction and the applicable law are based on the General Terms and Conditions.
